Sometimes it can be easy to fall into the trap of doing what’s “comfortable”, however we need to remember that our continued progress comes from challenging our self. Keep this video in mind if you finish a set and think you had more in the tank. Keep in mind though, this needs to be done intelligently, with good form, and it might not always be an increase in the load you lift that creates the challenge, but the tempo, sequence, or technique that is used with a particular exercise.
