Foam Roller

Foam rollers are great to have at home to break up some of the muscle tightness with SMR (self-myofascial release) that we get from our everyday lives and after a hard workout.

Lacrosse Ball

In the same idea of the foam roller, but a bit more targeted we can directly apply pressure and break up muscle tightness in more targeted areas.

Elite FTS Pro Micro Band

The micro band is great for performing all of your banded rotator cuff work to aid in shoulder mobility, health, and longevity. It can also be a great tool to incorporate into some of your shoulder training for higher rep work.

Wrist Straps & Wrist Wraps

Wrist straps are an awesome tool for when the weight you’re lifting on rowing or pulling style back movements begins to get a little bit too heavy for your grip, but your back can still easily move the weight in good form. They allow that little extra to keep the bar or dumbbell from slipping out of your hands.

Wrist wraps can add some nice support to your wrists on your heavier pressing and dipping movements and keep them in the correct anatomical position for this movements when the weight you’re using begins to get fairly heavy.

Heavy Weight Lifting Belt

When it comes to heavy squats, rowing movements, and deadlifts the extra support of a good belt can really help to keep your spine in the correct alignment and aid in injury prevention.

Light Weight Lifting Belt

A light weight lifting belt is a nice option if you’re just looking for a little extra support to your core and want something a little bit more comfortable to train in.

Body Tape Measure

Body tapes can be a great way to measure and track progress especially if you are newer to lifting where you might see a rapid body recomposition of losing fat and building muscle, but your body weight doesn’t change.

Digital Body Weight Scale

Another great tracking tool to have around. You don’t need to, nor should you live or die by the scale because our main goal is a better body composition (more muscle and less fat). However, it is a valuable progress tracking tool as long as you don’t let it get in your head.
