The Complete Pancake Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Pancake Mix
- ½ Cup Egg Whites
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 TSP Stevia
- 70g Mixed Frozen Berries
- Walden Farm Pancake Syrup
Instructions: Get a medium sized mixing bowl. Combine pancake mix, egg whites, water and stevia. Stir until smooth (to thin batter out more add water). Heat a nonstick pan on medium. Lightly Spray with 0 cal cooking spray. Pour pancake mix in according to the size you would like to make your pancakes. Watch for the pancake to begin to rise and little air bubbles in the top. Flip and cook a little bit longer. Repeat until all of your pancake mix is gone. Add walden farms pancake syrup and enjoy!
